Description Anemone hupehensis var. japonica ‘Splendens’
The original species is found in East Asia (primarily China): It grows mainly in light forests, thickets, on rocky slopes, etc. It is a perennial herb with a woody base and upright, branched stems. Plants begin to bloom from the end of summer (usually from August) and continue to flower until October.
